Dot is a passionate and driven change maker who tries to live her life through Mahatma Gandhi's quote: “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” In her career she designs and develops people strategies that make organisations more effective and in her spare time she pushes boundaries to develop social entrepreneurs. Dot loves travel, friends, mountains and wine and tries hard to combine these together as often as possible.
