Lara Schachat

Lara has a lot of experience in facilitating teams to bring ideas to life. Having worked on feature films in SA she moved to the UK for 17 years. Whilst in London she produced music videos and TV commercials alongside respected crews, post houses and production companies. She has engaged with a variety of advertising agencies, music companies and brands including Greenpeace and the World Wildlife Fund. A true organizer she sees an opportunity or an idea and has a hunger to make it happen. She worked at Unilever, Google and YouTube in London where her organizational roles lent to managing a variety of events in Europe and the US.She currently works at a digital agency as digital project manager. She believes in leadership which focuses on people first and enhancing collaboration in supportive team structures. She has interest in human rights, animal welfare, and loves an adventure!
