Ronak Gopaldas has a deep passion for Africa and its development and is currently the Head of Country Risk at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) in Johannesburg. In 2015, he was appointed to RMB’s Africa and International Management Board (MANBO). In 2011, Ronak was selected as one of South Africa’s “Brightest Young Minds” and is also a fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI). He holds a BCom degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) and is currently completing an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) through the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. He prefers questions to answers.
