Tavonga Clarah Chauke is a student at the South African Law School. She applied to be a [email protected] speaker because of her passion for the development of Millennials, especially in Africa. “I want to share my personal life experiences in this journey of understanding what being an African Feminist means,” she says.
Tavonga is inspired by a young feminist named Farai Mubaiwa who she says, “is the real definition of a mogul. She is also passionate about the growth and development of young black women.”

I'm very excited and nervous.

If you could time travel, where would you go?
Back to the roaring twenties. The time when women started acknowledging their superpowers and their capabilities.
Which fictional character do you wish you could meet?
Jessica Jones from the Marvel series Jessica Jones.
