Sustainability is a real but complex issue so, while some solutions are simple and straightforward, others require more investigation and testing to be sure that the results are positive across the “Three P’s” of Sustainability: People, Planet and Prosperity. At Sir Fruit, we’re taking the slow and steady approach, looking at what we can change simply, doing that first, then testing the more complicated changes thoroughly. We feel this thoughtful approach to sustainability is more likely to have longer-term meaningful change and will allow us to avoid falling victim to greenwashing and fly-by-night green ‘solutions’ which often cause more harm than good.
