What would you say to a room full of education change makers if you had the chance? On National Youth Day 2012 the first South African TEDx event for “Educators with Ideas worth Spreading” is taking place in Cape Town.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading TEDxCapeTownED aims to bring together an audience of people passionate about education including twenty live speakers who each (in under 12 minutes) will share their Idea Worth Spreading to help transform the learning experiences of young people in South Africa and spark deep conversation and connections.
